This intensive 4 week course starts on Thursday 27th February 2025. (There will be no class on Thursday 13th March 2025.) Join this series of seated Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes on Zoom with Bärbel Rücker. Work your body and mind in a very different way to the usual exercising classes. All you need is an internet connection, a device with a camera and a firm chair/stool. Save money on transportation as you only commute to your living room. During all classes you'll be seated on a chair. The focus will be on improving the mobility in your back, shoulders and neck. This series is the ideal introduction to the powerful method especially if getting down to the floor and up again is rather challenging. After each online class you're invited to have a little social interaction to share your experiences and to ask some questions. PRICING COURSE : This intensive 4 week course costs £49 (59 EUR).
