JCNCF Presents - One Nation Under God: Religion's Impact on the United States

Tuesday, March 21, 2023 - Seeing the Other: Sacred Listening & Portraits, with Daniel Epstein
For 20 years, Daniel Epstein has travelled the world for business and for faith. As a marketing director for Procter & Gamble, he would add on personal days to his business travels to interview people about faith and spiritual experiences. He has interviews 500 people in 27 countries. In addition to an interview, Daniel would make a black and white portrait of each person meant to express their true spirit especially as shown through their eyes. Ten years ago Daniel began publishing these interviews, portraits, and reflections online and, to-date, there have been 125 of the portraits & interviews published with 460,000 views on YouTube and 4000 active mailing list followers. The message of Portraits in Faith is that all of humanity (really all of creation) is on a spiritual journey together and that there is no “other.”
