Me Time: Stress with Caroline Davies
Come and join us for our second in the series of 4 sessions we are running over the next few months with Caroline Davies.

Caroline has been coaching since 2005 helping to empower individuals by helping them make, meet and exceed their goals/objectives however small in both their private and individual life.

Stress: In this session we will be looking at trigger points and what techniques to use that can become new habits that can be used to alleviate our own individual levels. Understanding our thought process and gaining a new insight in stress management.

Please make sure you bring along a pen and paper to take notes on this session.

Caroline will be running a further 2 sessions for us on anxiety and panic and assertiveness. Please keep an eye on our Me Time website for these dates.

What is 'Me Time'?

'Me Time' is a chance to do something for your own enjoyment. These online sessions, funded by the Welsh Government, are a place where you can get involved in a range of activities that you may not be able to do normally and explore new opportunities. We will be doing all sorts of things ranging from group viewings of the great wonders of the world, to physical exercise to relaxation and mindfulness and so much more.
