Holding on to Hope: Surviving, Reviving, & Thriving in Challenge & Change
Could you use an infusion of reasonable optimism to brighten these dark days? We've been dealing with unprecedented amounts of challenge and change, and we're not out of the woods yet. This fast-paced and upbeat session will explore four useful strategies to help us keep going and keep growing though all kinds of difficulty. We want to reach everyone in our community who could use a Blue Monday boost, so please forward to friends, family, neighbors and colleagues..anyone looking for an extra boost to their morale or for anyone looking for tools to help manage difficulty in work, school, or life.

Paul is well-known as a warm and engaging speaker whose inspiring pep talks and presentations have helped thousands of people over the past 20 years, and especially during the last 20 months.
