This week, we will be joined by author and performer Miranda Keeling for a chat about how the simple act of stopping to notice can be good for us. In this session she will be sharing a bit about her practice of noticing, reading from her book of observations ‘The Year I Stopped to Notice’ and leading a short exercise on mindful writing. No writing or mindfulness experience necessary! This is all about focusing in on the small things, to find a calm space in this busy world.
