Carol Saturdays All Levels
Special Note about this class:
This is an asana class. All postures taught will be demonstrated first, then you will be guided orally through the pose. You need a mat, belt and blocks, and chair for class. Chair cannot be on wheels and preferably no arms.

About your instructors:
Carol began studying yoga in 1987, teaching yoga in 1990. She has traveled many times to India to study with masters. Carol shares her passion and love of yoga with her students.

Joanie has been active in physical fitness her whole life. Certified in group fitness and personal training by the American Council on Exercise for over 20 years. Joanie brings knowledge, humor and enthusiam to her classes.
