Mindfulness, Stress Management and Sleep
These health and well-being focused Zoom sessions will feature health experts who will depart knowledge on how to work from home in a healthy and productive way, what we should be eating, exercises and stretches we can do at our makeshift desks and how to reduce our anxiety levels, work smarter and feel happier.
We talk with health and well-being experts for advice on how Music Supervisors can keep a sound mind and stay focused during a time of increased stress, anxiety and uncertainty. The pressure to survive financially coupled with the fear of the unknown has been heightened during this pandemic. Anxiety can be a huge distraction from our work, in moments of quieter workloads, it can be easy to panic about future job security and what to do if you or your loved ones have Corona virus. We will end our session with a 5-minute Guided Meditation read by a very special guest.
