Shoff Chat: Designing Communications for Accessibility and Inclusion

What do the following people have in common: someone who is hearing impaired, someone with a severe ear infection and a commuter on a subway? They could all benefit from accessible and inclusive design when trying to access digital audio content.
At our next Shoff Chat, we’ll unpack the importance of accessible and inclusive design for marketers and communication professionals who want to be sure that their story is received by all. Our guests will help define the barriers that can keep this from happening and the role marketers can play to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
Our guests include Darren Rowan, program manager with Eli Lilly and Company and Jacob Kluth, experience design manager at Mars, Inc. They both have led corporate teams through accessible and inclusive design practices and will share their insights.
