#InvestInNutrition: Taking action to end the malnutrition crisis
Join us to learn about the unprecedented malnutrition crisis and what must be done to avert the looming disaster.

The triple threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, conflict, and climate change has created an unparalleled malnutrition crisis that is threatening the lives of millions of women and children in low-and-middle income countries.

The completely preventable consequences of malnutrition are immoral and there has never been a greater and more urgent need for investment in nutrition to deliver proven solutions at scale and avert further human tragedy.

Featured speakers:
- Cecilia Fabrizio, Program Lead at Standing Together for Nutrition
- Aurelie Somda, Program Officer at WACI Health
- Oyeyemi Pitan, Youth Advocate on RMNCAH+N from Nigeria
- Ramina Ghassemi, International Advocacy Specialist at UNICEF Canada

There will be time to interact with other participants, plus a question-and-answer period to wrap it all up. We hope you will leave feeling motivated to take action to make sure that people everywhere have access to the nutrition they need to survive and thrive.

Here is what you can expect to learn:
-The magnitude and impact of the unprecedented malnutrition crisis and what will happen if immediate action is not taken.
-What can be done to reverse this malnutrition crisis and protect the health, rights, and dignity of millions in low-and-middle income countries.
-How you can take meaningful action ahead of the Nutrition for Growth Summit (Dec. 7 – 8) to be part of the solution.
