Iron Shirt and Alexander Technique

Iron Shirt Qigong meets the Alexander Technique...a Non-doing approach to activity.

This workshop with Senior Instructors Marie Favorito and Jamee Culbertson, combines the application of Alexander Technique principles with Qigong. Qi means energy and gong is your practice. Qigong is the perfect way to get in touch with your energy. The Alexander Technique will help you understand ‘how’ you are doing what you are doing and offer a new way to release yourself into a deep ease of support moment to moment.
