There has never been a greater need for high-quality school leaders! MASSP recognizes the responsibility and opportunity we have as an organization to grow future leaders. We also understand that during the pandemic many local districts and ISDs who have provided Aspiring Principal programs did not offer these opportunities this year to focus on more immediate concerns. This being said, the educator shortage is not limited to the classroom and we want to support strong teacher leaders who are considering entering into building administration. Please share information with your teacher leaders and consider encouraging those with leadership potential to think about the principalship.
