This is a 3 month twice monthly practice group with Ikela Lewis facilitating. The focus is on cultivating mindfulness and compassion in the way we see other people, especially those who are oppressed or disregarded by society. Come share deeply, explore reflections and experiences in a safe space together.
No need to commit to the entire series, this is drop in. Come to one or all sessions. Please do arrive on time.
