Introduction and Orientation to Qigong of Embryology: Embodying Space and Time

Please join us for this 1-hour presentation of embryology and how our relationship with qi (life force) may influence our unfolding. I will introduce the practice of qigong and how principles and themes of embryology may facilitate our development and embodiment of qi. After sharing some of my experience and orientation of qigong and embryology, I will lead a simple qigong practice and movement designed to connect our center and periphery. For our remaining time together, participants may offer their experience, insights, and questions. I look forward to seeing you then.
