If you struggle with communicating with ease and enjoying your personal or work relationships this course is for you.
I'll teach you how to meditate and use techniques to communicate in a mindful way and create the kind of relationships that nourish you and them.

Listening and talking skills, that begin with self awareness
More confidence in being yourself, communicating from the heart and asking for what you want
Balanced boundary skills - to be able to say ‘No’ to what you don’t want (despite guilt)
Self knowledge and acceptance skills - to be able to say ‘Yes’ to what you do want (despite fear)
More ability to ask for help when needed, and to know who and how to trust
More skill in giving and receiving feedback, sensitively and truthfully
More intimacy, openness and joy in relationship
Develop networks of friends, family and colleagues that give value to everyone involved
Creating a sense of belonging that doesn’t require ‘fitting in’. ​
