TLC Webinar: Digital Navigators
Are you struggling to help clients and community members connect to the internet, obtain free or low-cost devices, or navigate basic technical challenges? Join this webinar to learn about the Digital Navigator program, how each organization has designed their digital navigator programs, and some of the challenges and successes of providing digital navigation remotely. Learn how you can best support clients and community members looking for internet or device support and how to connect individuals and families to the program for additional assistance.

Philadelphia launched the Digital Navigator program in April 2020 in response to the digital needs that arose from the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital Navigators can help residents:

-Access, apply, and set up affordable and low-cost internet
-Obtain low-cost or free computers
-Get basic technical support
-Troubleshoot connectivity issues
-Support families on how to connect to jobs, telehealth, government services, adult education, and ecommerce
-Refer individuals to digital literacy training
