In these 30 minute sessions, you will learn powerful techniques to quickly shift stress and anxiety, to being calm, relaxed and focused. Then dive deeper, connecting to your authentic, BEST SELF!
You will be guided through breath and meditation practices as well as restorative yoga poses, so please find a place that is quiet and comfortable to sit and lie down, perhaps your couch, bed, or yoga mat.
Please have on hand;
1- Your Daily Worksheet
2- Pen or pencil
3- 2 blankets or large towels + 1 large pillow, cushion or bolster
4- 1 small pillow or cushion
