Introduction to the Journey of Meditation (Meditation/ Mental Health)
INSTRUCTOR: Mara Chaben (

Mara from ZenStop will be giving an introduction on meditation class for 15 minutes, which will lead to a mindfulness practice session for 30 minutes & time for questions at the end. This session is a deeply immersive and relaxing journey into meditation. Experience how observing your present moment can be used as a healing modality for positive change.

Meditating for Black Lives (
Meditating for Black Lives uses the principles and practices of various meditation traditions to support community efforts to heal oppression. This is a collective endeavor to heal our mind, body, spirit, community, and ultimately our world. We sit in contemplation together to process our absorbed trauma and breathe for the lives of black and brown people, and for all people, throughout world. We breathe now, because they could not.
