KIND MIND Challenge - Midday Meditation
If you're kinder to your mind then your mind will be kinder to you. This 7 days of mindfulness kind mind challenge will support you to befriend the mind, cultivate resilience and support your mental wellness.

These sessions are an opportunity for you to pause and spend a few moments checking in with your body and mind, as a daily ritual that supports your wellbeing. It's 30mins well invested you won't regret.

These sessions will include a short talk (up to 5mins followed by a 15 to 20minute meditation.

Note: These sessions are suitable for all levels - whether you are beginner to meditation or have a regular practice. It's a great way to feel the connection with others by meditating together virtually even if we are physically apart. The sense of community also further supports your mental wellness.

To set up for these sessions:

- Find a quiet space
- If you are in a workplace you might like to book a meeting room and dial in as a group with colleagues.
- Ensure you have a good broadband / network connection
- Cameras can be on or off whatever feels most comfortable to you. It's nice to see people's faces but I realise that's not something that everyone appreciates.
- You will be muted during the mediation but there will be a few mins to say hello at the start and goodbye at the end.
- bring a pen and paper in case we do a reflection as part of the meditation so you can note your reflections.
