Online Breathwork with Karen Iles
Join me this Saturday morning for a free online breathwork in the comfort of your home. The breathwork is 30 mins and the full session, which begins with movement is approx. 1hr15 mins.
This is a stimulating practice that can connect us with our emotions and inner world. The intention for the session will be to exhale mental, physical and energetic tension, and to drop out of our busy and often anxious minds. However, each person's experience will be unique to their needs.
You will need to register for Zoom, which is free.
Please use headphones for the breathwork.
We will begin with some standing movement, and then you'll want a comfortable place to lie down - a yoga mat or bed is good.
Do bring blankets and cushions to make yourself comfortable. It is best to lie your head on the ground or only a flat cushion so you can open your throat to breathe fully.
This practice is suitable only for persons age 16 and over.
