Stretch, Roll, Recover w/ Lisa B.
This is a 45-minute class focused on helping your body recover from exercise and day-to-day overuse using self-myofascial techniques utilizing the foam rollers, stretching and other relaxation techniques. Please have foam roller, tennis ball and mat available for class. A towel and or strap is also recommended.
