Coffee with CAP | Understanding How Social Media Works & Its Effects on Youth

In this coffee with CAP, we will be sitting down with our Communications Manager, Kelsey Williams, to discuss how social media works and what that means for our youth; utilizing data and information from the Netflix documentary “The Social Dilemma”
We will be looking at strategies for limiting screen time and stats on how it is affecting our brain function and overall wellbeing.

This is meeting brings together professionals working in or managing afterschool or summer programs in Colorado. We will problem solve challenges, share resources, and work towards the creation of a strong network of providers.
