'Gym-free' strength, conditioning and stretching with Billy
All participants will need a 7 foot stretch rope (5/8 inch boat rope from any hardware store) or beach towel as a backup. All body weight movements will have the option to increase intensity with dumbbells.
Dynamic warm-up: 10-15 minutes
Conditioning: 10-15 minutes
Strength: 15-20 minutes
Cool-Down: 5-10 minutes
