This class is of my own a creation and is a combination of Pilates, yoga and functional exercises inspired from physical therapy. We will used props from time to time, such as weights, bands and even yoga blocks if you have them. If not, don't worry! All you really need is a mat. I hope you enjoy the class! After this class you will receive a link with a recording. You can use the recording for up to one week for as many times as you would like, but please do not share this recording with others.
