Early Start- From Intake to Transition at Age Three

We invite families and professionals working with infants and toddlers with disabilities, to join us for this workshop that will provide an overview of Early Intervention services and the transition process to school district services for children exiting Early Intervention services at age three. Also covered will be a brief overview of the new Provisional Lanterman Eligibility criteria.

Invitamos a familias y profesionales que trabajan con bebés y niños pequeños con discapacidades a unirse a nosotros en este taller que brindará una descripción general de los servicios de intervención temprana y el proceso de transición a los servicios del distrito escolar para niños que salen de los servicios de intervención temprana a los tres años. También se cubrirá una breve descripción general de los nuevos criterios provisionales de elegibilidad de Lanterman.

Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese Interpretation will be provided.
