Working Caregivers Connect: BC’s Virtual Group (Free Peer Support Group)

Our monthly Working Caregivers Connect: BC’s Virtual Group (Free Peer Support Group) brings working family and friend caregivers from across the province together around a mutual experience of caregiving. This is a time for reassurance, where working caregivers can realize they are not alone.


Please note: This group is reserved for working caregivers only. If you register, and cannot attend, please let us know so we can offer the space to someone on our waitlist.

Shared Understandings: 1) All personal information is shared in confidence and is not to be repeated outside of the support group. 2) Please find a private space when you will be joining the group meeting. If you are in a shared space, please use headphones and keep your screen away from others in the room to preserve confidentiality of all participants. 3) Please remove outside distractions and turn off all cell phones. 4) Be respectful o Listen without interrupting. 5) Everyone has the right to pass and only listen to Honor all opinions without judgement. 6) Zoom 'chat' is strictly for sharing resources and NOT for social conversations. 7) To build community and rapport, it is recommended for group participants to turn ON their video and please mute yourself when others are speaking. 8) Facilitators are not permitted to share personal contact information.
