Every kid is one caring adult away from being a success story. For 35 years, Southwest Initiative Foundation has been part of writing southwest Minnesota’s success story. The story isn’t finished yet!

We’ve set ambitious goals to “Grow Our Own” and ensure that all kids and families who call our region home can access the support and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.

We believe that all southwest Minnesota kids are our kids, and that now, more than ever, our kids need us to provide connection, care and encouragement. There is power in each of us. And, we’re even stronger together.
