Somatic Movement and Embodiment Practices
You will be guided through one hour of gentle breathing exercises and body-mindful practices. The somatic meditation will include self-reflection to identify, name and get familiar with sensations in the body and release any block or tension, as well journaling prompts, and some acupressure. We will end with yin-style breath-led movement.
