Dear Yogis,

So happy to have you join me for YOGA this Sunday morning! Together we'll enjoy a playful combination of innovative yoga sequences, energy activations and core strengthening practices. Spread the word and have your friends join us!

To keep sign ups easy and organized, please transfer your payment upon registering for the class.

IMPORTANT: The LOG IN LINK for this class is at the bottom of the email you will receive from ZOOM when registering for this class.

WHEN: Sunday mornings @ 9:30-10:45 am.

Please set up your yoga mat and any props you use by 9:15 am. Once we begin at 9:30 am I will not be able to let latecomers in.

COST: $15 per class. Please complete payment prior to class, thank you!
