Caregiving for Caregivers is a program created exclusively for caregivers in the Hope & Cope community. The program aims to provide different stress and anxiety management strategies while working alongside others to create a community. In a five-week period, each session offers a different theme such as Yoga, Self-Care, Meditation, Art and Journaling. The sessions are as follows:
Friday March 5th 11:30am - 1:00 pm: "Mindful Meditation"
Friday March 12th 11:30 am- 1:00 pm: "The Writers Club"
Friday March 19th 11:300- 1:00 pm "Serenity Yoga"
Friday March 26th 11:30 am - 1:00 pm "The Lighthouse"
Friday April 9th 11:30 am - 1:00 pm "A Healthier You"
