Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided deep relaxation. Please dress comfortably and prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed during this 30-minute session. Make sure that the room is not too cold or too hot. You will be lying down on a mat, so have a blanket and pillow if desired.
