Meridian Movement

Both mental and physical health depend upon movement, circulation, and flow. Just as in nature, where a stagnant pond is putrid while a flowing river is clean and healthy, our bodies need a smooth flow of Qi and blood to maintain balance and health. In this class, you will learn simple Qi Gong and Yogic exercises so to regulate, energize, balance and nourish both mind and body.

Come dress comfortably for light movement. We’d love to see you if you want to turn your cameras on!

We will leave 10 minutes at the end for Q&A.
