Yoga Flow

This is a calming, stress-relieving yoga class that utilizes postures that will stretch while strengthening the body. Recommended for participants at any level looking to warm the body, connect with the breath, and enjoy a restorative stretch, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
