Morning Beginners
During this class, I will lead everyone in the Ashtanga Primary series. As this is a beginners class, we may spend more time on one pose, we may hold poses longer than 5 breaths, and options will be given for the "harder" poses. The class will always include 15 minutes for the closing sequence and savasana (rest pose). If you have never done yoga before, or know most of the sequence but not all of it, you are welcome!
