Join Nikki Fuller of Workplace Matters for "Understanding Implicit Bias - Part Two."
In the previous training (Part One) participants were encouraged to interrupt their own implicit biases through a number of strategies. Participants were specifically given several voluntary Awareness Challenges to practice what they have learned. The Awareness challenges vary but are focused on small personal actions that one can take to better understand how implicit bias works and strategies one can use to interrupt these biases. This Part 2 session gives participants the opportunity and space to share their individual Awareness Challenge experience as well as learn from the experiences of others.
