New to the Sector? – Welcome!
If you are new to the community legal sector, or have joined recently, this webinar is for YOU! Join us to connect with some great people from our sector (speakers and participants) and hear an overview of the history of Community Legal Centres in Australia and the role they play in communities.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions that will help you in your new role!

Participants will gain these takeaways:
- A background to the history of Community Legal Centres in Australia, including insights into funding and the evolution of Centres from early days to where they are today
- Information about different types of Centres in the sector, how they interact with each other and how their services offer more than just legal support to their clients
- Insights into how the state peaks operate and what their roles are
- An understanding of the role of the national peak in the sector
- A greater appreciation of how your work contributes to our sector overall
