Join your peers for this inaugural session of the Insurance L&D Circle in a small group conversation for NA-based insurers.
We invite Learning & Development and Training specialists from the insurance industry for a debate about the impact that innovation training and culture have on employee engagement and career progression.
Some of the questions that we propose to discuss include:
- What is the connection between innovative culture and employee engagement?
- Ninety’s Insurance Innovation Blueprint found that innovation training was one of the most effective tools in the innovation toolkit. However, it also showed a lower investment in training than in other forms of building capability by insurance companies. Why might this be, and what might we do to prove the value of training as part of innovation?
- What other programs can we employ to involve all employees in innovation, when we can’t take everyone’s ideas forward?
This session will be hosted by Emily Gardner, Training Specialist at Ninety who has trained hundreds of insurance professionals from multinational insurance firms in our Insurance Innovation Bootcamp.
Please bring your whole self to this meeting. We’ll ask you to turn your video on and be active in the conversation. This event is not a webinar. It’s a peer discussion to share and learn together.
This event is for L&D and Training professionals from insurance companies only.
