Gentle Yoga
Joyce Brian will guide this Gentle Yoga class for all levels. The emphasis is on breath with movement, basic poses, and alignment. It opens the body, breath and mind; increasing flexibility, balance, calmness and focus. You will need a clear space for a yoga mat, blanket or towel. Dress for motion and comfort. By participating remotely, you will be responsible for your own safety.
