"Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My" ... Understanding Polyvagal Theory to Defeat Anxiety
Did you know there is now a scientific explanation for all of the human touch and interpersonal relationship work that we do as nurses?

Polyvagal theory undergirds all of our current interventions involving social engagement, self-regulation, self-soothing and includes voice, proximity, touch, breathing, eye contact. Attend and learn even more high touch interventions to help both yourself and your patients!

Open to all RNs and LPNs who live or work in Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Kitsap, Grays Harbor, Clallam and Jefferson counties. Webinar recording will be available for two weeks for all nurses who register in advance. Certificate of Attendance provided to all attendees who attend the live webinar or watch the recording and complete an evaluation form. For more information, contact Rainier Olympic Nurses at (253) 572-7337 or email office@rainierolympicnurses.org.
