VOCAL MEDITATION with Jane Lewis (Mondays at 7:30 pm ET)
Spend 45 minutes tuning up and tuning in. We'll explore relaxing vocal exercises: sounding, toning, chanting & simple songs. The sessions are intended to give you a sense of calm & grounding. You'll be invited to sing along with guide tracks or improvise if you like. You can participate at whatever level you are comfortable with!

It's a drop-in group, so you are welcome to join any or all sessions.

To facilitate the flow of these sessions, all participants will be muted, and you will hear yourself singing & sounding along with Jane.

Sessions are offered on a PWYC (pay what you can) basis. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration, and "how to pay" info will be included there.


JANE LEWIS has been leading Vocal Meditation sessions weekly in Guelph since 2017. She is a strong believer in the power of music to bring people together. When not on stage with her duo Gathering Sparks, Jane can be found leading vocal & harmony workshops, community singing events, circle singing, and Women's Music Weekend retreats. Workshops are being held online during the pandemic.
