Welcome to our Landscapes of Change online campfires, offered as an opportunity to take a moment out of the usual flow of the day, to explore our inner thoughts and feelings in relation to what we are experiencing in the outer world, to reflect on what this means for us and to connect with any practices or next steps that will be supportive going forward.
For the time that we are unable to physically be in Hazel Hill Wood for this work, we are delighted to be able to still invoke the spirit of sitting around the Heartwood campfire, being together and sharing together.
Our wish is to support conscious choices and intentional moves towards coherency in our work and lives, helping people to connect with their agency and find their best creative responses during these exceptional times.
Our 75 minutes together will include some quiet time / breath work / guided visualisations, some journalling, guided by questions we pose, pairs work to share more fully, whole group sharing (as much or as little as you personally wish) and a little poetry :)
We don’t offer any particular guidance on preparation for the session and simply invite you to show up with curiosity and a willingness to step generously with all others into this supportive community - you will be warmly welcomed.
