Family Law CLE - The dos and don'ts of Family Law Mediations

PCBA Family Law Committee Meeting and CLE. Diane Dornburg, Ashley Tollakson, Rob Evans, and Douglas Staskal will be speaking regarding their role as a mediator, what they see that is helpful, what is not helpful, and how the process could be improved. They will then take questions from the committee members and the three sitting Polk County Family Law administrative judges, if they are in attendance. Approved for 30 min. CLE credit.
