Creative Rest w/ Alicia Jo Rabins
Join us for a Creative Rest session with writer, musician, composer, performer and Torah teacher, Alicia Jo Rabins! Together, we’ll be exploring the themes of creativity and rest through a generative investigation of self-compassion, flow, and how relaxing (resting) our critical mind can open up new possibilities inside our hearts.
