Saturday Drop-in Mindfulness with Dr. Ali of Wise Heart Mindfulness
Mindfulness is linked to increased emotional regulation, decreased reactivity, improved focus, and equanimity. Through the practice of Mindfulness we can more skillfully work with difficult emotions, tame monkey-mind, and cultivate positive emotions. Teachings include guided meditations using the “three pillars of mindfulness”: Focused Attention/ Concentration practices; Open Awareness/Clarity practices; and Kind Intention/Positive Emotions practices. Suitable for beginner and experienced practitioners in a safe, supportive, and encouraging community. Drop-ins are free. Registration required.
