vPD Change Up Learning Free Pop-Up Workshop! Community Circle: Processing the Effects of Trauma, Vicarious Trauma, and Compassion Fatigue

This session will provide space to consider the impacts trauma has on individuals, programs, and communities. Navigating intense circumstances and ongoing challenges (such as a global pandemic, racial uprising, political turmoil) can have a profound effect on our wellbeing, our work, and the youth and families we support. Activities and discussions in this session will model restorative practice and circle keeping strategies that can be used within organizations and youth programming.
