Family Engagement Makes for Stronger Clubs
Join WFYC and Jose A. Cruz, MBA, to discuss the importance of involving the entire family in the development of youth from the standpoint of a club. A Child’s first source of information is Family and that relationship continues through that child’s life. Clubs must take advantage of that relationship to serve young people more effectively. Involving parents and caregivers in the Club, does not only give Clubs additional support, but can also give the Club some insight into how to work with kids most effectively. Parents/Caregivers can be your organization’s biggest advocates, of course if engaged properly. Join our November Webcast to learn effective strategies on how to effectively engage parents/caregivers at the Club. Learn about the benefits, best practices and examples of success. Parents/Caregivers can gain a greater sense of belonging, become your strongest advocates, or maybe one of them could become your next biggest donor. Join Mr. Jose A. Cruz, MBA, in this interactive and informative session to gain tips and best practices for success. Mr. Cruz has some 30 years of experience in developing and growing Family Engagement initiatives worldwide. He currently serves as an Advisor for the World Federation of Youth Clubs, and Senior Vice President for Catalyst Family.
