Acquisitions 2: Ordering, Receiving, Invoicing, Credit Memos Webinar
This webinar will provide an overview of ordering, receiving, invoicing, and credit memos. We cover creating purchase orders, adding titles and items to purchase orders, sending new bibs and items to Bibliovation, and receiving items in GetIt. We'll also review creating and approving invoices and credit memos. This training is required for staff at new GetIt Acquisitions libraries. Staff must also attend Cataloging training (Item Codes, Linking I, and Linking II) prior to attending this workshop.
