The Unbothered Refresh

Description

Join the Unbothered Black Girl Collective for the "Refresh".
The Refresh will be a 30-minute gathering on the 4th Saturday of the month. During the time, we will: Pause and take a breath; Celebrate how you are practicing self-care, and Reflect on your self-care rituals for the month ahead.
