In this interactive session with Rico Johnson-Sinclair Director of CineQ and Producer of the BFI NETWORK backed film Sweet Mother, Rico will guide you through a range of exercises which will help you reframe what you think filmmaking is, and encompass what filmmaking should be.
During the session, you'll learn more about authentic storytelling and be involved in a conversation of what changes need to happen in the film industry to affect systemic change.
Then, together we'll engage exercises to establish self-care and help you reflect on what will make you an exceptional filmmaker, before you begin to build your brand and learn useful networking techniques, receiving feedback from Rico himself.
