Muay Thai is known as the "The Art of Eight Limbs" as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. Muay Thai classes will provide an intense workout and provide instruction for all levels. For those focused on intense physical training the conditioning in our Muay Thai classes will improve strength and explosiveness, build lean muscle, increase flexibility, and take your cardio to new levels. From a technical standpoint classes will typically focus on kicking and defenses; punches, elbows, and combinations; knees and clinch fighting.
