Yoga to Improve Flexibility
West 1 Physiotherapy and Pilates have teamed up with Dabbs Fitness in Marylebone, to bring to you a Yoga session which will bend you backwards and push you forwards with your flexibility. Working from home is tough on the body, especially those hours sat at your makeshift desk.  If you’ve love yoga, come and join. If you’ve never practiced yoga, come and join. If you don’t know what it is, come and join. If you’re feeling stiff and sluggish - come and join.
